When booking the trip, we will need the following:
- Single or double occupancy?
- Do you want travel insurance?
- Do you need airfare?
- Any other considerations?
Deposits are due within 7 days of the reservation being taken.
Mail or fax us ((408) 354-3871) the completed reservation form that you downloaded with the trip info at the same time you make the reservation.
You will receive an invoice showing your deposit paid and when the final payment is due.
Final payment is usually due 75 days prior to the trip unless otherwise noted in the fine print of the trip.
Final documents are sent approximately 10 days prior to the trip date.
