Carnival Ship We’re holding a large number of cabins for our annual fun get-away weekend. Join us for this 3-day Baja Mexico cruise aboard the Carnival cruise ship Elation and we’ll all have a party of a weekend!! We’ll have designated times and places just for our group to meet throughout the weekend, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to meet all of the singles along with the cruise social director for a fabulous, fun weekend for everyone!!
On our 3-night weekend cruise, we’ll visit Ensenada, which has grown from a sleepy fishing village to become a popular beach resort and one of Mexico’s most successful cities and a famous Baja destination. Among its popular locations are its pristine beaches, the waterfront promenade, the fashionable shops of Avenida Primera and a winery founded by the Dominicans in 1888. Not far away is La Bufadora, a sea geyser that puts on a highly dramatic show. After a fun day of sightseeing, maybe stop in at a lively cantina to enjoy some local color and a frozen margarita or cerveza!
Our day at sea will have an array of activities offered by the cruise staff or we can just sit back and socialize with a cool tropical drink, relax in one of the many pools or jacuzzis or enjoy a tantalizing host of other on board services.

ADD Government taxes/fees of $47.04. (Carnival has informed us they reserve the right to reinstate a fuel surcharge for all guests up to $9 per person, per day, if the NYMEX oil price exceeds $70 per barrel.)

** PLEASE NOTE: We hold the above rates for our groups, but once they are sold out from our group allotment the price can go higher per the cruise line. You must sign up early to get these rates; also lower priced and better location cabins usually sell out first. Price is based on availability at time of booking. Waiting to sign up can result in a higher price per the cruise line. Also, to be included in our group activities and to get out group amenities, you must sign up with us-Singles Travel Company!

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS

Travel Insurance- is highly recommended. $49-$89 and up-depends on total price of your cabin. Please inquire.
Airfare- Book into and out of San Diego Intl (SAN).
Airport/Pier Transfers-For Carnival transfers-add $32.00 for roundtrip transfers ($16.00 each way) from/to San Diego airport/ship. Per the cruise line-you must arrive into San Diego before 2:00pm on Friday, April 23 for transfers to the ship. Boarding begins about 1:00pm. Book departure flights out after 11:30 am on departure day, Monday, April 26. You must go online at www.Carnival.com to add your flight schedule to your Fun Pass at least 5 days prior to the sailing day.
For airport/pier transfers on your own-you can take a taxi for approximately the same price or less with more people.
Parking near the San Diego Pier is approximately $15-$18 per day.
Price does not include: Shore excursions, tips/gratuities to cruise staff-approximately $30, items of a personal nature, beverages except what is offered with meals, spa treatments/gratuities & other special offerings on board the ship.
Passports-For U.S. citizens, a passport is highly recommended but you may use a proof of citizenship (such as an original or certified copy of your birth certificate, a certificate of naturalization, a passport card, or an EDL (enhanced driver’s license)) AS WELL AS a government-issued photo ID. For non-U.S. citizens, consult with your consulate for proper documentation.

Fine Print-----Annual Baja 3 Night Cruise-----April 23-26, 2010

Your payment of the required deposit or full payment for a reservation on this trip constitutes consent and acknowledgement of all the provisions in this Fine Print listed below and in the Singles Travel Company General Terms and Conditions. Make sure you read both of these important pieces of information and call us with any questions. PLEASE NOTE: any increase in any charges (i.e. fuel charges, government fees, port charges, etc.) by Carnival at any time will be passed on to the client. All prices are based on availability at time of booking and are subject to change at any time by the cruise line. Lower prices usually sell out earlier.
Deposit and Final Payments- Deposit of $150.00 (credit card or checks) is due with your reservation, we also need our completed reservation form with the deposit- (found on our website or with the trip PDF itinerary). Full and final payments are due 65 days prior to sailing. Any booking made within 65 days of sailing will be based on what the cruise line has left in cabins (may even be sold out!) and roommate assignments are not guaranteed after this date but we will try and work to get you a roommate.
Cancellation Fees and Refunds- All cancellations must be in writing. For any cancellations made 66 days or more prior to departure date of trip, a full refund of the trip deposit will be provided, less a $50 cancellation fee which will be applied to your credit card. For any cancellations 65 days or less prior to the trip date, no refund will be provided. After airline tickets are issued, airline cancellations are per the airline’s policy-usually no refund, some are changeable with a fee and the cost of the new flight.
