sights you’d see on a more expensive trip.
We start our vacation with Boston’s famous sites
and significant landmarks and then follow the Atlantic Coast north to Maine to

and the beautiful coastal region. Overnighting in Boothbay Harbor, we have a
full day in this coastal village to enjoy its shops, eateries, and
picture-perfect harbors.
We visit Freeport, Maine, then into New Hampshire
seeing the scenic White Mountains, New England’s greatest range and premier
outdoor playground. Drive the renowned
Kancamagus Scenic Byway, visit Dartmouth College, then into Vermont for a visit
to a living history museum & a working dairy farm; visit Woodstock-a village
noted for its well-preserved homes and visit a maple syrup farm.
In Hyannis on Cape Cod, enjoy time to
explore on your own or take a ferry to Nantucket Island, one of the most
historic and scenic places in the world. On your way back to
Boston, visit
Plymouth
and the Plimoth Plantation, where costumed interpreters portray the early
17th-century lifestyle of the Pilgrims. What a way to end this truly charming New England experience.
With leisure time to explore with new friends and our included sightseeing, you’ll discover the land of covered bridges,

in history and where we’ll be staying for 2 nights.

Today, a FULL DAY to leisurely explore Boothbay Harbor- the soul of Maine’s
coast. See the picturesque downtown with its unique shops and handcrafted goods
or take a walk along the rocky shoreline. Maybe an afternoon cruise past summer
colonies, lighthouses, small islands, and sunbathing seals or relax dockside and
watch the harbor with fishing
vessels and pleasure crafts—nothing beats the sight of the schooners heading in
from an afternoon trip with their sails bathed in the rosy light of a
