Thursday, 12/30/2009                        Arrive into Los Angeles

Welcome to the “City of Angels”!  Arrive today at the Los Angeles, Long Beach or John Wayne Airport. Flights should arrive no later than 1:00pm. Transfers to the Hyatt Regency Long Beach are included.
                A welcome dinner at the hotel is planned as you settle in for a four-night stay.
                Later, you’ll travel to the famous Crystal Cathedral where you will take your reserved seats inside the famous all glass church for a performance of "The Glory of Christmas." (if held)  (D)

 Friday, 12/31/2009                 Reagan Library/Hollywood City Tour/New Year’s Eve Party

After breakfast, you're off to spend the morning at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library where you will learn about the events that shaped history during Reagan’s eight years in the White House - this tour includes admission, a self-guided tour and lunch.
                After lunch, you’ll be joined by a local guide for a fascinating tour of Tinseltown on the “Lights, Cameras, Hollywood” guided city tour.
                Later, the evening is filled with elegant dining, dancing, party favors and casino fun as you ring in 2011! (B, L, D)

 Saturday, 1/1/2010                 Tournament of Roses Parade/New Year’s Day Champagne Brunch

It's an early morning as you have a breakfast-on-the-go and board the motorcoach for your reserved grandstand seats for the 122nd Tournament of Roses Parade, complete with your souvenir program and seat cushion.
After the parade, enjoy a delicious Champagne Brunch Buffet.
The rest of the day is yours to enjoy-take advantage of the many attractions and restaurants near the hotel. (B, BR)

Sunday, 1/2/2010                    Showcase of Floats/Lunch in Beverly Hills/Getty Center Museum

After breakfast, you'll return to Pasadena to view up close the exquisite floats on display for your enjoyment at the post-parade “Showcase of Floats”.
                A special farewell lunch is planned in Beverly Hills at Lawry's Prime Rib Restaurant before spending the remainder of the day exploring the Getty Center. The Getty Center begins with a tram ride to the summit. The afternoon is yours to experience all the Getty has to offer including paintings by Rembrandt, Goya, Monet and Cezanne.
                Returning to the hotel, the evening is at your leisure and prepare for your journey home tomorrow. (B, L)

 Monday, 1/3/2010                   Departure Day

After breakfast, you'll bid farewell to new friends as you transfer to Los Angeles, Long Beach or John Wayne airport. You'll return home with memories to cherish forever! (B)

                                We can’t guarantee roommates on pre/post packages but will try to find a roommate for you if we can.
$175.00           Private room to yourself per night.
Airfare is not included.  You’ll fly into/out of Los Angeles (LAX), Long Beach, or Orange County Airports. Check online for some great prices or we can assist.

Arrival- Thursday, Dec 30-Arrive at the Los Angeles, Long Beach or Orange County Airport.

Departure- Monday, January 3, 2010.  Anytime after 7:00am is fine and your transfer to the airport is included. 

Travel/Trip Cancellation insurance is highly recommended and information can be sent to you.

 This is a Special Trip Offering: This trip is open to any age singles but will be mostly singles approximately ages 40’s, 50’s, 60’s + and we will be selling into a larger group of people doing this package but our singles will be a group within this large group. We expect a good group of singles on this trip to enjoy all the activities and fun including the New Year’s Party!  Sending a Singles Travel Representative depends on the number of singles we get.          Your payment for a reservation on this trip constitutes consent and acknowledgement of all the provisions in this Fine Print listed below and in the Singles Travel Company General Terms and Conditions.  Please make sure you read both of these important pieces of information and call us with any questions.

Payments

Checks preferred (made payable to Travel Advisors of Los Gatos) or credit cards accepted.

Deposits: A deposit of $200.00 is due with your reservation.

Full and final payments are due 65 days prior to trip departure date.

Cancellation Fees and Refunds
        All cancellations must be in writing.  Regardless of when you cancel there will be a charge from Singles Travel Company of $100. Cancellations 66 days or more prior to the trip will receive a full refund of your deposit, less the $100 cancellation fee applied to your credit card.  Any cancellations 65 days or less prior to the departure date, no refund will be provided.  No refund on unused portions of the trip. After airline tickets are issued, airline cancellation penalties are per the airline’s strict policy and are usually no refund, but may be changeable with a fee. Travel/Trip Cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
